-How do I place an order?
Shopping with STYLIS BEACHWEAR is easy. You can either shop by color, product type, size or price using the navigation at the left side of the shop or via the search button and ‘Add to Bag’. Please note that prices shown are in Euros, including 21% VAT. Continue shopping or choose Checkout to proceed to the check out. -Is my personal information kept private?
Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will we rent or sell this to third parties. To register at STYLIS BEACHWEAR we will need to know your name, email address, gender and telephone number. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address and payment information. If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order.
- How can I be sure my order went through?
When we receive your order, we’ll send you an e-mail confirmation. If you do not receive an e-mail, please send u an email via firstname.lastname@example.org before placing another order, so we can check the status of your order.
- How do I find the right size?
To find out your size view our Size guide. Should you be unhappy with the fit of a particular purchase, you can return the item or exchange it for a different size. Please follow the instructions listed under our Return and exchange policy.
- How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items are in stock unless the size option is not displayed in the web shop. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, another customer can still buy it until you have completed your order.
- A size is out of stock, what can I do?

By creating an account at STYLIS BEACHWEAR you will be able to shop faster, be kept up to date on an order’s status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. We will not make your information available to any 3rd party companies. To register with stylisbeachwear.com, click the “My Account” text at the top of the screen. On the next screen, click “continue” in the New Customer box. Type in your shipping information, email address and password. Click on the “Continue” icon and you’ll see a message confirming your account.

Most products are available in our whole size range, from size XS to XL.

We aim to make paying your invoice as easy as possible. That is why STYLIS BEACHWEAR offers two different payment options. View the details below:

- What are the shipping rates?
The shipping for standard delivery (2-5 working days) within the Netherlands costs EUR 3,95. We offer free delivery within the Netherlands on orders above EUR 300. Your orders with a shipping destination within the Netherlands will be shipped with PostNL.
-Do you ship internationally and if so where?
We strive to expand the STYLIS BEACHWEAR and we try to speed up this process by shipping to as many countries as possible. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. Our service will deliver your order in 2 – 5 business days. Please contact us via email@example.com for the delivery dates for international orders.
- Do you ship on weekends and national holidays?
PostNL delivers the packages on weekdays and on Saturdays. Delivery times do not include Sundays and holidays.
- Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- Is my package secured?
All packages are insured in transit from STYLIS BEACHWEAR to the delivery address against theft and accidental damage. Once you have signed for the package, it is no longer insured.
- Do I need to sign for the package?
Yes, please note that all orders MUST be signed for. If your order is not signed for we will not be able to deliver it.
-What if my package is not delivered?
Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer and will only be re sent at the customer’s expense. Additionally, orders that are abandoned by the customer, for whatever reason, will not be returned to the customer and will only be re sent at the customer’s expense.
RETURNS & CHANGES
- What is your return policy?
If you wish to return an article, please ensure that:
• Your purchases are returned within 14 (seven) days after delivery.
• Returns need to be reported to us by email firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 14 days after delivery and prior to dispatch. Please send the return form along with the respective item(s).
• Returns that are not reported within the 14 days cannot be accepted.
• The returned item(s) should be in its original state, with all attached labels and stickers and in its original packaging. Our policy is we will exchange or refund any unworn, unwashed merchandise. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received without a tag, you should notify us (by email) on the same day if you wish to return. We strongly advise you to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags.

Exchanging an item is simple. Complete the documentation provided with your package. Indicate which item you would like to exchange along with any details of the item you wish to exchange it for. Items can easily be exchanged for another size or colour provided the article is in stock and we have received the returned items in good order. If the desired article is not in stock, we regret that no exchange will be possible. In this case we will reimburse you with the cost of your purchase within 14 days. It is not our policy to allow exchanges for item(s) other than the one originally ordered. Ensure you enclose this document with the item you are returning along with your receipt. - Do you support charities?
We choose to support charities that suit our brand best. Currently we are supporting the brand Gandys from Indonesia. You can find more information about this collaboration on our We Care page. Unfortunately we cannot grant any requests from individuals or local charities. As for sponsoring: we will not reply to or grant any donation requests for cash or money, but we are more than open towards business sponsorships.
